Up to six people can make themselves comfortable in the three bedrooms. The rooms Olivio, Principessa and Cielo have individual furniture in the style of the house. In keeping with the building period (1900 – 1910) and its use as a residential house, the house only has one bathroom and two small guest WCs. Both the living room and the bedroom Olivio have a fireplace, which gives the house a cozy atmosphere even in cooler seasons. In addition, the house of course has central heating.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a rustic floorboard. In the corridors and the kitchen are high-quality tiles and terrazzo floors, which were extensively restored in the early 2000s.
Sleeping and living
The villa has three individually furnished bedrooms. Each room has its own character and a small balcony. The bedrooms are on the first floor; the bathroom and an additional separate WC are also located on this floor. There is another small guest WC on the ground floor.
The house is therefore particularly suitable for families, couples and groups of friends travelling together and looking for a spacious, atmospheric home. The layout is that of a classic historic residence: generous rooms, stairs, high ceilings, old floors and wonderful views – but not a modern hotel-style floor plan.
